Symbaloo/Edmodo

This week we were required to create an assignment using both Symbaloo and Edmodo. I really liked this assignment, it was time consuming but not difficult. The hardest part for me was choosing what information to incorporate on Symbaloo. With Edmodo, the hardest part was creating the fill in the blank and short answer questions.  When I use this in my own classroom, I will keep to multiple choice, true- false and matching questions. I will also use this idea as a study buddy to the chapter or unit we are  working on.  I think, if there was a way to manually grade or give credit on Edmodo for all the questions the students correctly answer( just worded differently) then I might use it as an actual test. I might also use it as a make up quiz or if a student is home bound.
